Plus-size figure skater Skylar Carter and arrogant hockey captain Mason Reed are already rivals when a prank leaves him injured. To protect her future in sports, Skylar is forced to work as Mason's assistant, putting them in constant proximity. Their antagonism begins turning into chemistry just as the school announces that it can keep only one of its two ice programs.
